CHICKEN NIPPLE DRINKER SYSTEM
Nipple drinking system is equipped with the most advanced water filter, water pressure regulator, automatic medicator, anti electric shock device and so on. It can meet the drinking demands for the broiler and breeder growing by floor or layer management. UPVC plastic pipe, fully close type drinking system, stops the outside environmental pollution, avoid virus's spreading. Various model nipple for customer's choice.
AUTOMATIC FEEDING SYSTEM FOR BROILER
Main feeding system consists of a driving device, a silo, a conveying pipe, auger and feed sensor. The main feeding system is mainly used to convey feed from the silo into the hopper of the feeding line and automatically control the conveying opening/closing of the motor by the feed sensor to achieve the aim of automatic feeding.
CHAIN FEED LINE
The automatic chain feeding system for breeder, we use the imported chain from South Africa and corner, the trough we use 275g hot dip galvanized, thickness is 1.2mm. The driving device is cyclical pin wheel reducer, which working more stable, feeding averagely, low noise compare with gear reducer, the feeding speed can up to 36m/min.
The feed trough and connection parts is elevating style, the height can be adjusted according to the different broiler life stage.
BOXES FOR PRODUCING EGGS
The fully automatic egg laying nest can set on/off time every day automatically with timer, and adjust the egg belt speed as need with converter, improve the automatic control, intelligent management level.

Cooling Pad
♦ Adopting imported European fiber paper, our pad exhibits high absorbability and water resistance. It uses anti-mildew and moth-preventive material to ensure long life service.
♦ Using spatial crossing linking technology and a large evaporation area, cooling efficiency is increased to as high as 80%
♦ Our cooling pad involves active surface agents which absorb water naturally, allowing for rapid penetration and lasting effectiveness. A drop of water can diffuse in 4-5 seconds. Limit of water absorption: 60-70 mm/5 minutes, 200mm/1.5 hours consistent with international standards.
♦ Our cooling pad does not contain phenol, which is irritant to the skin. It is harmless to humans and animals and is free of poisons.
♦ Available colors: brown and green coats.
